Profesor Dr. Vahit Bıçak, a visiting scholor of the City University of New York, met Professor James B. Jacobs, the Director of Center for Research in Crime and Justice New York University School of Law. James B. Jacobs is the Chief Justice Warren E. Burger Professor of Constitutional Law and the Courts and the Director of Center for Research in Crime and Justice.
